The Fox + Bell Group are committed community builders responsible for some of Redland City's landmark developments including Redland Bay Village, Orchard Beach and Parklands Residential Estates, and South East Queensland's newest major shopping centre, Victoria Point Lakeside.
Established in 1984, the Group is based in Cleveland and has grown to become one of the area's most successful property development firms.
Today the Group comprises Greg Bell and Greg Fox, Garry Hargrave and the Wilson Family of Redland Bay.
